Pros: My immediate manager is awesome. Pay and PTO are above average.
Cons: Very difficult to promote. The individual development plan system makes it difficult to change positions within company.

This is a great company to work for. It’s larger corporation with all the larger corporation resources but a smaller company family feel in how employees are treated. Great amazing benefits and retirement. Great pay for the work in my opinion.
