I prefer being stationery with one client rather than a different client every day, so does most clients.
Caregiver in Kansas City:
Pros: They usually try to accommodate me, as opposed to distance driving to work.
Cons: Management turnover is high and they never offer raises for well done jobs
Fabulous clients and great care managers.

Pros: I love the flexibility and meeting wonderful people.
Everyone has a story and a history.
Cons: I do not receive a bonus for longevity. I have been with the company for 5 years and I get paid the same as someone that was hired 2 weeks ago.
I wish their was paid vacation and the medical benefits were better. Their medical benefits do jot offer physical therapy, mental health or equipment reimbursement.
Visiting Angels for the wealthy, not for everybody.

Not very good communication regarding clients updates.
