Valley Home Health Care Reviews
What is it like working at Valley Home Health Care?
Horrible horrible company to work for. Pay sucks. No benefits.
Home Health Aide in Dallas:
Pros: Some of the case managers are pretty easy to work with.
Cons: They either give you clients that don't need the help or clients that take advantage of you and threaten to have you fired if you don't do as they demand. Some case managers actually give your number to the clients who then feel free to contact you several times back to back at all times of the day. Some case managers will also try to guilt trip you into cases no one else wants bc Mr. Grabby Hands was inappropriate with the last caregiver and they don't want to lose money. Also no benefits. Like at all. No holiday pay. Been there over a year working 50+ hours a week and haven't seen 1 single decent thing about this place. Looking for a new job.
