Patient Services Representative in Winchester:
Pros: I like the people that I work with
Cons: I don't get much satisfaction from my job, i know i am capable of more
Challenging and stressful but extremely rewarding.
Certified Surgical First Assistant in Winchester:
Pros: The physicians under which I work, the cases in which I assist, and the skills and knowledge I obtain daily.
Cons: The negative and sometimes competitive attitude some health care workers can have. Also the lack of transparency and equality of the institution, which I honestly don’t believe is necessarily intentional. It’s likely an oversight, but when finally identified and questioned, it does not appear to be met openly with a desire to address and rectify; it’s met defensively.
