Not a bad company at all, but they are overpaying housekeepers and front desk, but underpaying maintenance and landscaping/shuttle drivers.

Meh.
Sales Director in Imperial Beach:
Pros: Flexibility, autonomy, different/new challenges daily
Cons: Top-heavy with ineffective middle management. Too many cooks in the kitchen and it causes delays in every area of the business.
Good people with growth opportunities.

Pros: The people
Cons: The volume
Busy, but satisfactory.
Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist in Boise:
Pros: I like the background admin work that I do. I also love that I can bring my dog into the office and that we have a lot of flexibility to work from home.
Cons: The company feels disorganized a lot of the time, and sometimes it feels like they're trying to move too quickly. I also hate that they don't offer annual raises to everyone, only some people/departments.
Flexible.

Pros: Flexible hours
