Best place to work!
Compensation Analyst in Provo:
Pros: I love working with my direct supervisor--she is amazing and the most understanding when life happens. I've been contacted with multiple opportunities (even some with higher compensation), but I choose to stay where I'm at because I love who I work with and what I do.
Cons: There are some employees who are not as understanding when things come up. Fortunately, those employees are not in my job hierarchy.
Benefits Analyst in Provo:
From a manager with no insurance, benefits, or hr background to the fact that people constantly get away with durable offenses. Culture is bad. Comp is WAY behind market. HR director is good as he knows HR really well but is restrained by county laws.
It’s an awesome environment, and it’s great just helping people and helping doctors perform surgeries.
