Us Military Reviews

What is it like working at Us Military?

It’s like working with a broken process but you’re doing it with your family.
Fleet Manager in Los Angeles:
Pros: The daily learning opportunities and diverse community that you meet over the years.
Cons: Lack of control in duties and locations
High in satisfaction when there’s a purpose.
Aircraft Electrician in Camarillo:
Pros: Lot of travel and opportunity to change what I work on every couple of years.
Cons: Grossly incompetent leadership and a toxic work environment that promotes self service over helping everyone.
Everyday is an opportunity.
Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Manager in Fayetteville:
Pros: In the Army we face many unique challenges and can view them as road blocks or opportunities to find new solutions. My specific unit has made a lot of forward progress in finding solutions and ways to move forward. Each day has been a great opportunity to learn and do meaningful work to make a difference.
Cons: People are given the same pay as their peers whether they work or just show up to the office. Many quality professionals have moved on because of this allowing for other unqualified personnel to climb the ranks and just be present.
Great place to work.
Office Manager in Boise:
Pros: Meaningful, impactful work. Opportunity to influence, mentor and direct new employed
Cons: Unpredictability
