Upstate Cerebral Palsy Reviews

What is it like working at Upstate Cerebral Palsy?

Administration is messy but the kids are great.
Special Education Teacher, Preschool, Kindergarten, or Elementary School in Rome:
Pros: The kids are what keep me coming to work every day.
Cons: Administration has a lack of communication, organization, and consistency. They show very little appreciation towards staff and don't provide enough support. Staff is also paid poorly.
Residence Counselor in Boonville:
Cons: Stressful environment cares little about your health and safety. Is on with floating you to a house that has Covid and says oh well there's not much we can do
Way more work than I thought.
Fiscal Specialist in Utica:
Pros: Independent working
Cons: Underpaid and no real structure
