Cons: Management, lack of accountability. Expect the supervisors who care to pick up the slack while the others don’t care. We’re expected to do more & even though we do our job it’s still plate fault somewhow when the other supervisors don’t wrap or make a mistake

You are not taken seriously and management feel the need to disrespect their employees on a daily basis.
