What is it like working at University of Pennsylvania?

Satisfying but at times stressful.
Police Sergeant in Philadelphia:
Pros: The people
Cons: The elitist sense of entitlement of some of the students.
Account Specialist in Philadelphia:
Pros: I love the whole aspect of my job communicating with the patients and figuring out solutions to questions.
Cons: working alone
Low pressure but no appreciation.
Systems Administrator in Philadelphia:
Pros: Ability to define my own work and gain a wide breadth of knowledge and experience
Cons: Virtually no appreciation for the work done, and not being able to work fully remote, despite working with remotely located infrastructure while in the office
Great work, hard work, need more pay.
Program Manager, Non-Profit Organization in Philadelphia:
Pros: The people I work for and the people I help as a result, and the benefits
Cons: Pay and some of the layers we have to go through as being a part of a large university
Research Laboratory Technician in West Chester:
Pros: Flexible schedule
Cons: Can be repetitive, monotonous, boring at times
It is a good place to work if you have a family.
Administrative Coordinator:
Pros: I can be flexible with my work schedule. There are opportunities for over-time. I enjoy working with most of my colleagues. The extra time during the Christmas break that we get off.
Cons: It does not seem like they value all of their employees equally. The pay is not realistic, the cost of living keeps increasing dramatically each year but the pay rate is increasing at a minuet rate. They are not consistent in what they say and what gets done.
