Fulfilling and meaningful.
Director of Development (Fundraising) in Moscow:
Pros: Helping donors achieve their goals related to supporting students
Cons: Needless and endless meetings
Great position, somewhat underpaid.
Administrative Assistant in Moscow:
Pros: The work is very suited to me; I'm never bored and I'm not hovered over by a supervisor waiting for me to make a mistake.
Cons: I don't think my compensation is quite fair, there are similar positions posted on our jobs board that pay 1-3 dollars more than my position
Way under paid for the type skills needed.
Combo Welder in Pullman:
Pros: Flexible schedule, great work co-workers.
Cons: Being labeled as a welder cutter brazer when I’m a fabricator, combo welder.
Rewarding but when were short staffed they still push you to do more.
Custodian in Moscow:
Pros: The people I work with and the students
Cons: Being short staffed and feeling like your not appreciated at times.. especially when we get our evaluations
