Pros: The people I work with and the direction of our college
Cons: The biases of faculty toward staff

Pros: inclusive environment
Cons: low pay for cost of attendance / cost of living but that's a nationwide issue.
I love my work, my employer not so much.

Cons: Lack of a meaningful, two-way relationship with central administration

Cons: The divide of responsibilities seems unfair. Several of my managers are constantly on their phones on facebook, youtube, or messaging while the rest of us are expected to never rest in the quest for Participants
