Excellent it compared to other companies performing the same job. Medical Benefits can be a little better though.
Difficult to comment on management. Depends on who your manager is. Some are very accommodating and flexible and some are micro managers and treat employees like high school children. Make sure you know what type of manager you will be working for. Mine is awesome. I’ve heard horror stories about others.
