What is it like working at United States Marines Corp?

It’s unlike anything I’ve ever done before. I enjoyed it why it lasted, I was even going to try out for special forces, but with recent family events I feel it would be best for me to get out of the military.
Marine Corp Corporal, Ground Combat in San Clemente:
Pros: Small unit leader ship. Everyone being proactive. I think most of all I enjoyed the comradery.
Cons: If you get bad leadership it can negatively affect the best Marines. People are people and there are times leadership isn’t Held accountable for their actions.
Underpaid and Underappreciated.
Heavy Equipment Mechanic in Oceanside:
Pros: Mentoring and teaching younger and more inexperienced mechanics and working on gear.
Cons: My management and supervisors.
Maint Data Analyst.
Data Analyst in Tampa:
Pros: Top secret clearance, networking and the Computer database skills learned over the years
Cons: The lack of competent leadership
Very Challenging.
Support Engineer, Information Technology (IT) in Lakeland:
Pros: I am given near automony to accomplish my mission
Cons: A lot of infighting and often the process for change is laborious
Stressful with a lot of technical research and expediting of aeronautical material.
Logistics Specialist in Beaufort:
Pros: Education within the supply chain
Cons: Petty rules and not being allowed to live like a regular human being
Working with personnel, facilities and funds is extremely fulfilling.

Pros: I enjoy the opportunity to work with others, while making the globe a better place
Cons: The inefficiency at times, due to the bureaucratic methods used
A different type of work. Stressful but always improving.
