What is it like working at United States Army?

Challenging But Rewarding.
Logistics Manager in Odenton:
Pros: I like that there is never a shortage of things to keep you busy. I like the opportunities for growth within my organization and the freedom and trust I am given to take charge of section and conduct tasks as I see fit.
Cons: My least favorite aspect is the failure to plan ahead from leadership that produces avoidable difficulties in the accomplishment of assigned tasks. The lack of structure and appropriate communication can also be a challenge, although both problems are resolvable.
It's the Army life for me.

Cons: The bad apples take too long to weed out sometimes.
