United Health Services Reviews

What is it like working at United Health Services?

Great place, could use some improvements.
Business Systems Analyst in Phoenix:
Pros: Working from home. Flexibility,
Cons: Sometimes there is to much "assistance" abs at other times not enough. The support should be in a training mode.
This is not a safe place to work.
Clinical Therapist in Jacksonville:
Pros: I like my coworkers and the population we work with
Cons: Management is awful. They micromanage when it comes to checking things off their to do list, but routinely ignore repeated concerns about patient and staff safety. It is not a safe place to work.
Charge Nurse (RN) in Chesapeake:
I absolutely love what I do! UHS Is a wonderful company to work for. The staff are friendly, compensation is decent and benefits package is nice. The atmosphere, and our team is amazing. Hands down I work for the best DON. She is human not your programed DON and treats all of us very well. The best decision I made was coming to work for this company and intend on continuing my employment here until I decide to retire.
Good for a beginner lpn.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Vestal:
Pros: I like working in the office setting
Cons: Our office is never offered bonuses even though they are available to everyone who deserves it.
Rewarding a great learning experience everyday.
Mental Health Technician in Fort Walton Beach:
Pros: when I can tell that the patients are really becoming aware of the consequences of their behavior and are ready to correct themselves
Cons: when the patients don't receive proper repercussions of their actions
