Union Bank and Trust Company Reviews
What is it like working at Union Bank and Trust Company?
Great culture and questionable pay.
Bank Officer in Lincoln:
Pros: Co-workers and my clients.
Cons: Compensation
Communication about sales and direction of career path
Diverse and Inclusive.
Private Banker in Lincoln:
Pros: I love the people that I work with and the clients I work with. I get challeneged from time to time and have to be creative lending and underwriting.
Cons: Responsibility that is not in the job description that I've received no training on. I'm happy to take on extra responsibility and tasks while being challenged but the responsibility with no training is difficult when you're being held accountable for goals and accuracy.
