Underwater Construction Corporation Reviews
What is it like working at Underwater Construction Corporation?
Unsatisfying.
Commercial Diver in St. Joseph:
Pros: The actual work itself
Cons: I spent 18 nights at home last year. The management is entirely disconnected from the actual field work. They couldn’t care less about their employees. If they ask for a raise and you tell them your year end was poor, they will tell you your hourly is good. If you bring up that your hourly is poor, they will tell you that your year-end was average. They will not do anything if you ask for opportunity and they absolutely love suck-up employees. They leave the actual work that they bill for to the absolute lowest-level employees and show no appreciation. They absolutely will not provide the right tolls for the job unless they can immediately bill the client for them. Upper management has the biggest egos on the planet despite each and every one of them avoiding the inside of a wetsuit for at least the last 10 years
