Finance is a train wreck of an unit. Avoid at all costs.

Pros: Discount, occasional Athlete visits, relaxed dress, decent benefits, support of cool product
Cons: No Accountability at the top, bad decision after bad decision. Nothing every happens to SVPs or above. Finance in particular is very poorly run.
