MDS Coordinator in Myrtle Beach:
Pros: My fellow co-workers that have stayed with the company for the past 3yrs,
Cons: The coorp office with change how they want something done and the different homes, find out at different times, i feel like they do not inform all workers prior to changing the the way something should be done
Extremely Busy.
Registered Nurse (RN), Critical Care in Las Vegas:
Pros: 401k match to 6 percent. PTO. Many hospitals in the same city are part of the group so you can just transfer.
Cons: 4-1 ratio of critical patients, some of them should be in ICU not IMC. Other hospitals dont allow that but Spring Valley does. The standards should be equal for all hospitals.
Most of the time I enjoy my job.
Groundskeeper in Fayetteville:
Pros: Being outside
Cons: Lack of supplies proper equipment and yet expecting miracles to happen.
Self-directed and fast paced.

I love what I do I just want to get paid more money.
