UBS Investment Bank Reviews

What is it like working at UBS Investment Bank?

Operations Analyst in Nashville:
Pros: Pay and Benefits - Pay is good, benefits are decent, good 401k match. Cons: Everything else - The systems are antiquated and don't work together, management is incompetent, lazy, and don't care about anything unless it reflects directly on them. Communication across teams is awful. Teams are never on the same page. Training is non-existent. There is no culture, everyone is just doing a job that they don't really like. UBS will be a brand name on a resume for later. That's really the best thing about this place. If you want to be compensated decently and don't mind a soul-less, stressful job and no company culture, then by all means this is for you.
Stable company.
Executive Assistant in Nashville:
Pros: Work from home
Cons: Inefficient processes in daily operations. UBS does not value its rank and file employees.
Stressful with lack staffing.
Client Onboarding Specialist in Nashville:
Pros: Talking to important people
Cons: Lack of staffing and teams not taking ownership of tasks
