Senior Technical Support Analyst:
Overall the company has a pretty decent culture. They're very much in the midst of a transition to a more forward thinking organization but the growing pains are obvious and it can be quite stressful. Compensation is on par with similar companies...and while most benefits are decent, the PTO policy is awful. They keep promising to improve it but it just doesn't happen. It's been the chief complaint for a majority of employees for a very long time. Pro tip: negotiate more PTO as part of salary negotiations, I wish I had known this before accepting my offer. Other than that, definitely enjoy being with the company.
