Has served my well.
Visual Designer in Spokane:
Pros: Opportunities to learn and grow
Cons: They hire too many too fast and it leads to a mass amounts of inevitable layoffs
Registered Client Associate in Salt Lake City:
Little to no care at all for employees. Depending on role management is a joke when it comes to asking for help on problems and response for client complaints in a timely matter. Associate role is practically where you take complaints and fix the advisor mess if you have an advisor who is not capable of doing the most simplest tasks.
Good company, moving away from stuffy corporate environment.
Credit Analyst in Denver:
Pros: working with other markets, learning.
Cons: pay.
Stressful, expect to much with not a big enough raise.
Tax Analyst in Milwaukee:
Pros: Team
Cons: Benefits/Pay
Lack of training makes it hard to love your job.
Registered Client Associate in Salt Lake City:
Pros: Day-to-day operation is typically the same good atmosphere if you’re at the right branch
Cons: The lack of training when it comes to growing in your current role is a little turn on and there is very little transparency when it comes to which way the company is moving towards
