Application Support Analyst in New Caney:
Pros: The culture and the positive impact we have on our clients day to day functions.
Cons: The annual salary could be better for all the work you’re asked to put in.
Low pay. HR doesn’t take harassment seriously.
Software Engineer in Portland:
Pros: My team.
Cons: They care about the quantity of employees and if we don’t like th tree low pay, they’ll find someone who they can pay low wages.

Pros: The support & appreciation from the division I was attached to.
Cons: Some lack of communication on changing expectations.
Software Engineer in Plano:
Pros: Your work matters and you can see the impact it has when the client starts utilizing the custom software feature you created.
Cons: Negotiate a high salary before you start because you will only receive 2-4 percent pay increments every year beyond that and management will deny any request for a salary adjustment that is in line with current market rates for your position.
