Tucson Medical Center Reviews
What is it like working at Tucson Medical Center?
It's a tough job.
Clinical Nurse Leader in Tucson:
Pros: Coworkers are great.
Cons: Manager of my unit is not in touch with what is going on within the unit. Doesn't advocate for the unit.
Registered Nurse (RN):
An amazing community owned hospital! As an RN I get such amazing support from management and other staff. Ratios can sometime be high 1:6 for days and 1:7 at nights but luckily with the support of the other RNs, CNLs, and unit supervisors your never left alone to drown.
