Fast paced, not much training.
Customer Service Coordinator in Canandaigua:
Pros: With the pandemic, being able to work from home.
Cons: My coworkers have some tough personalities. Everyone is stressed out. They seem to think Customer Service is the place to dump all the excess work.
Stressful but rewarding.
Project Engineer in Anderson:
Pros: Being able to work with various people of different backgrounds and disciplines in the US and overseas.
Cons: Inconsistent direction from management lack of opportunities for training and development and how it is not a considered by management No opportunities to be compensated for overtime efforts Poor knowledge sharing and transfer The cultural idea of "out of site out of mind" and "not my problem" approach in some business units
Sucks.
