Started working for Northriver Yatch and country club in 2009 as a bag room attendant for $8.00 hr. I was promoted to be the Surpervisor of outside services and promised $11.00 hr. When HONOURS took over I never got my raise, currently the only raises I have ever gotten were the cost of living. I don't know why I have never got a raise based on performance, I have never had a negative yearly review.
