Very stressful, benefits keep getting cut, positions constantly get, hard to get vacation time off because they have cut the number of employees so much.

Just average. The grass is not necessarily greener. Sometimes the management forgets that PEOPLE work for them and folks have flaws. Generally, there is a small raise each year. Benefits are average, though you’d think for a health care system the medical would be great. For the most part, it’s all about them making money.
