Trihealth, Inc. Reviews

What is it like working at Trihealth, Inc.?

Contract Management.
Operations Manager in Cincinnati:
Pros: Team player mentality is required and taken advantage of. Contractors are treated like second class citizens by TriHealth. Be a member of TriHealth.
Cons: I’m completely untrained for the position down to simple processes, yet I’m the highest level person in my department for my shift.
Medical Assistant (Certified) in Cincinnati:
Pros: I enjoyed a few friendships I have made with co workers.
Cons: There is NO transparency. You are told one thing, and then a day later you are told something completely different. You are treated as a number and feel replaceable.
Who's driving?
Scheduling Manager in Cincinnati:
Pros: 7a-330p M-F
Cons: As with many US companies providing healthcare and hospital services, Trihealth is run by MBAs that have ZERO knowledge about the industry they are attempting to manage. They make non-sensical decisions, then are surprised when they not only fail to improve but deteriorate working conditions and products.
Medical Billing Supervisor in Cincinnati:
Pros: the work & my Team
Cons: horrible pay - lack of communication from upper leadership
