Service friendly at TSC.
Assistant Store Manager in Cuero:
Pros: I like the fact that everyone stays busy and remains friendly helpful and efficient. It’s not too hectic so you can have one on one interaction with customers.
Cons: We do have slower hours where I would love to see more floor time with employees as to clean up and re-merchandising in store.
Underpaid/overworked.

Pros: Customer service
Cons: Management failure

Cashier in Pocono Summit:
Pros: When I can work floor.
Cons: The training was trash and the manager is an ass.
You have your days.
Cashier in Leavittsburg:
Pros: Getting to experience how to create and follow a sales pitch being able to sell plenty of products throughout the work day.
Cons: The disrespectful customers and the unfair treatment between other coworkers
Your ideas are not valued. DM wants you to do what he says although he have no clue of stores individual needs.

Lots of responsibilities and great customer service akilla.
