Tractor Supply Company Reviews
What is it like working at Tractor Supply Company?
The drama with upper management is like dealing with high schoolers, they always do the he said, she said stuff, and don't ever want to hear from anyone but a manager.
Sales Associate in Hutchinson:
Pros: Getting to work with customers and help them with whatever they need.
Cons: Management.
It is difficult multi task environment running lifting and thinking at a fast pace. Need to be 5 people at once. You have a zillion responsibilities and also responsible for a team of not cooperative workers.
Store Team Leader in Utica:
Pros: The handful of super sweet customers and coworkers who depend on us to brighten their day and return the favor.
Cons: It is stressful and physically stressful, pulling a ton is not fun. Also, the pay scale is low, could flip burgers for comparable pay and the pay for long time employees of 10+ years is disgustingly low. 16 years and a full time cashier is paid 14.80!
Underpaid and over worked.
Member Service Representative in Covington:
Pros: I’m like because I’m useful and can provide Beneficial to the company but also the same time feel overworked because some day I’m Scheduled later than everybody else even after getting there at the same time because they want me to complete multiple days worth of work in one day after letting other people go home
Cons: The way I am talked to like I’m a kid even tho I’m useful
Enlightening.
Member Service Representative in Beaufort:
Pros: Employee discount and working with customers will further my interest in building my own business that will help TSC
Cons: OJT training changes, Specialized titles that reflect on pay scale, operating system touchup or tips
Busy yet fun.
Retail Store Assistant Manager in Weatherford:
Pros: The team members and customers
Cons: Corporate pressuring team members to sign customers up for credit cards
Work Great, Managment Horrid.
Sales Associate in Adrian:
Pros: I get to interact with the customers & treat them like family. Keeping busy & planograming is very enjoyable.
Cons: Management is horrible. I've babysat toddlers with better communication skills & better manners. Daily harassment is brushed off & rewarded.
The customers are great.
Cashier in Liberty Hill:
Pros: The customers are easy going
Cons: The management isn't as organized as I would like it to be
