Torrid Reviews

What is it like working at Torrid?

Awful Upper Management.
Sales Associate in Bloomington:
Pros: Dress casually, and I was friends with my coworkers
Cons: the upper management is the worst. they talk behind peoples back and insult people straight up. they also ALWAYS find something wrong with anything you’re doing. they never cut any slack, they don’t care about you
We do the same amount of work that an assistant manager does.
Key Holder in Rochester:
Pros: Helping people find cloths for events or for every day events
Clothes are expensive but corporate is cheap.
Retail Sales Associate in Appleton:
Pros: Great discount
Cons: But how can I afford any of the clothes when I only make $8 an hour? I'm expected to wear their clothes to work but even with the discount on still paying $50 for jeans.
Enjoyable.
Sales Associate in Leeds:
Pros: Dealing with customers who are seeking advice and wanting to step out of their comfort zone
Cons: The pay for what I do
Depends on your manager.
Keyholder in Puyallup:
Pros: The associates
Cons: The pay
Uneventful.
Key Holder in Santa Clarita:
Pros: Clothing discount. Public i teraction
Cons: Pay
