Pros: The culture and people at all levels in the business and the coolness of the brand and what it represents.
Cons: With as much money as our business earns, I'm disappointed that salaries and bonuses are not the most attractive and highly competitive across this industry and other industries. We position ourselves as being an incredibly positive and unique employer, which we really are, but base salaries & bonus % don't reflect that strongly enough.
