Tom Thumb Reviews

What is it like working at Tom Thumb?

Fun.
Assistant Produce Manager in Lewisville:
Pros: It's easy, but feels like I'm doing it all by myself sometimes
Cons: No teamwork, no experience from other coworkers
Thankful to have a job.
Produce Stocker (Grocery) in Dallas:
Pros: Interacting with customers
Cons: Having to do double work because someone didn't do it right the first time.
It becomes frustrating when it gets overwelmingly busy an I have to deal with the younger kids messing up orders. An being the only one that gets cleaning dine in a timely manor gets frustrating also.
Waiter/Waitress Counter in Fort Dodge:
Pros: The customers
Cons: not enough hours an they keep hiring even though they have no hours to give them.
Assistant Store Manager:
Horrible. If you where a cashier or anyone to do with the front in you where basically up poo creek. Without a paddle AND a hole in the boat. If you needed help as in more than 3 people in line busy and the ONLY cashier scheduled till lunch. Then the floor supervisor had to leave their job in the cash office and running the service desk to open up a register. They'd call for cashier assistance on the front and NO ONE not even management, nor the front end manager would come. She spent her 8 hours in the store directors office eating popcorn all day. I've witnessed the store director cuss and chew out everyone of the floor supervisors on the sales floor. He's even had them in tears.
Great.
Cashier:
Pros: Interesting people, and a great way to network.
Cons: Hydrogen bhbbgj do chkchk cbnbvgh.
