Toll Brothers, Inc. Reviews
What is it like working at Toll Brothers, Inc.?
Great opportunity to learn and grow.
Purchasing Manager in Ashburn:
Pros: The culture
Cons: Commute once a week is unnecessary, specially for 1hr plus one way
Great opportunity with a fantastic compamy.
Land Development Manager in Las Vegas:
Pros: Variety of duties and amount of responsibility.
Cons: Pay
Sales Consultant:
The pay is very low for everything you do. Other builders are very simplistic and havs a smoother process to do things. My commissions were not paid which caused me to almost lose my house and car and effected my credit for the worst. The sales manager used her power to swear, slam doors in our face and walk out of work when she wanted. She fired employees that she didn’t like and was a bully to everyone at Toll. The team morale is low and they now only have 3 communities in IL. This shows that the Chicago market is not doing well at all...so beware bc that’s not job security. D R Horton and Lennar are taking the market, so they are doing something right!
