The Seven Hills Foundation Reviews

What is it like working at The Seven Hills Foundation?

I am trusted to perform my tasks independently.
Nurse Case Manager in Pascoag:
Pros: I am able to make my own schedule
Cons: I feel that the pay is poor and I have not received a raise in 3 years
They give with the left hand while they take with the right hand.. Their benefits start only to make sense after at least 5 yrs with them.
Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in Lowell:
Pros: Its a direct care job... its the relationship you forge with the individuals that you take care of
Cons: benefits/pay
Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in Groton:
I feel that for all the hardwork and dedication that the Nursing Staff provide, they should get paid more. I met a great group of CNA's and Nurses that have held on the fort for many decades and are still under paid. You would think the foundation would appreciate them more for sticking thru the ups and downs. But nope, I didn't see it, so I left. It didn't make me feel appreciated. Those that have stayed, God Bless them. They have a good heart.
Emotionally rewarding.
Behavior Specialist in Worcester:
Pros: supporting others
Cons: difficultly conversations
