Pros: The people. The group that has transitioned to lifeworks is outstanding.
Cons: The pay and people. Upper management above our department does not take questions about pay seriously, we have lost good people over it, and are struggling to hire new people. LW team in montreal is also understaffed and we cannot get the help we need to do our jobs well causing clients to get angry. As a result they do not have the capacity to take our issues seriously and things get worse
