What is it like working at The Kroger Company?

Great.
Pharmacy Technician:
Pros: It is a good company.
Cons: Benefits.
Vary stressing.
Cashier:
Pros: Vary friendy customers. Vary nice and understanding Co workers.
Cons: Vary stressing place to work at.
Deli Clerk:
Pros: The health insurance it's really good compared other similar places to work.
Cons: They do not appreciate when you're a good employee. And their business it is always first. Unfortunately it is like that almost all work places.
Underpaid and very stressful. High expectations.
Front End Supervisor:
Pros: The people I work with are genuine and most are team players. We are not given enough resources to achieve the goals set by corporate.
My overnight life.
Stocker:
Pros: Doing the work to see the customers expression when we have what they need.
Cons: Employees not giving but about 25% due to pay.
Kroger associate.
Deli Clerk:
Pros: Being able to help customers out and making them happy (satisfied)
Cons: Dealing with people's nasty attitude and rudeness.
I hate it, but I still haven't left!
Produce Clerk (Grocery):
Pros: That I've been able to have it for seven years so far.
Cons: It feels like any other grocery store job, a dead end.
