Things have really changed since WCMC came on board! Not for the good ! Everyone is concerned for their jobs. Very insecure environment. Rules change every day! Managers can’t even council there employees without upper managements okay. Maybe two weeks later you might be able to council the employee. They might remember then.... Very sad they don’t trust their managers to do their jobs!
