Pros: I love the opportunities I’ve had to learn, work closely with cross functional partners, and foster my creativity in a positive environment. I’ve had the opportunity to work across multiple categories to strengthen my own knowledge on a multitude of different products.
Cons: I struggle with the corporate timeline of promoting and giving merit increases solely based on years in company and how that aligns on the yearly review schedule. Increase in workload is often presented as an opportunity and met with no promotion or pay increase.
