The Huntington National Bank Reviews
What is it like working at The Huntington National Bank?
Great Company in need of new branch managers.
Relationship Banker in Chicago:
Pros: I feel that I make a difference in the world by actually listening to my customers and helping them get the financial support they need.
Cons: A good branch manager is very hard to find. I have had only bad branch managers who make the work environment toxic by either micromanaging, making comments at staff, or not pulling their weight.
Rewarding.
Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist in Columbus:
Pros: Making positive changes for the company, building relationships with other business segments, being good at what I do.
Cons: Pay and limited responsibilities
Not what you see in the commercials.
Applications Development Manager in Columbus:
Pros: My colleagues.
Cons: I am hoping that this will change, but the work is always high stress, timelines are unreasonable, and there is no break. We implement things that don't provide any real value, but we are told it's all about the perceived value.
