The Everett Clinic Reviews

What is it like working at The Everett Clinic?

Medical Assistant (Certified) in Seattle:
Pros: I love the provider I work with.
Cons: The department I work in has poor communication and lack of teamwork environment.
Not a forever job..
Medical Assistant in Mukilteo:
Pros: Some of the nursing staff is great. A lot of the surgeons are great and the patients are amazing! Matching 401K and they’re willing to work our vacation times with you.
Cons: Nursing staff getting close to retirement are extremely difficult to work with, underpaid, not valued as a member of the team unless you have an equivalent degree. The raises are change and the work you have to put into getting a raise in the first place, isn’t even worth it.
Medical Technologist in Everett:
Left due their alleged "salary survey" where I got 0% raise. Other people got raises over $6/hr for market adjustment. Wtf? Not performance based. TEC needs to figure out who they want to be when they grow up.
I have been told that I don't deserve a raise because I am paid fairly (even though MA's at other organizations make 2-3 dollars more than me)
Medical Assistant in Mukilteo:
Pros: My Coworkers
Cons: the pay
