Texas Roadhouse, Inc Reviews

What is it like working at Texas Roadhouse, Inc?

The owners just a dick.
Head Chef/Cook in Augusta:
Pros: The people, the management was very engaging and made it a nice place to work
Cons: The owner
It really is the best restaurant job I have ever had!
Service Manager (General) in Sheboygan:
Pros: The Culture, the freedom and ability to run it as if it was your own. The relationships I have built with fellow management, employees and guests
Cons: Life/Work Balance is rough. You never really ever clock out; it can be mentally exhausting.
A chaotic family dedicated to putting Deliscious steak and ribs on peoples plates.
Kitchen Worker in Augusta:
Pros: Mostly everyone is easy to get along with for the most part the managers seem to care about their employees. The food we make is amazing. There is lots of career paths to take within the company itself.
Cons: At my store it seems unless your friends with the managers your room for growth declines. I work an insane amount of hours and multiple positions for not much more pay than some of our current new hires. Some places in the area are starting off more than my current wage. Ive been with texas roadhouse for 2 years in the restaurant business for 13 years altogether
It’s a decent Job.
Busser in Naples:
Pros: Most employees are friendly
Cons: People who constantly call in, servers not prebussing tables but they are on their phone, co workers not performing their task so I end up doing most of The Work
It’s pretty great just not my kinda job everybody there really is nice though.
Pizza Cook / Chef / Maker in Zanesville:
Pros: The people and the managers are very understanding and helpful

I enjoy it. It’s a job, it’s an easy one, at that, and the people are so friendly.
Restaurant Host/Hostess in Hamilton:
Pros: The people
Cons: The rude customers
This job could be great, but management does not provide guidance.
Training Coordinator in Allison Park:
Pros: I love the company, not all stores are ran like this.
Cons: The lack of communication between myself and my boss.
