Pros: Mostly everyone is easy to get along with for the most part the managers seem to care about their employees. The food we make is amazing. There is lots of career paths to take within the company itself.
Cons: At my store it seems unless your friends with the managers your room for growth declines. I work an insane amount of hours and multiple positions for not much more pay than some of our current new hires. Some places in the area are starting off more than my current wage. Ive been with texas roadhouse for 2 years in the restaurant business for 13 years altogether
