What is it like working at Tennova?
It's stressful and we're don't usually work with enough staff to cover the patient loads safely.
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) in Clarksville:
Pros: Feels like family, we have since great teams.
Cons: Because it's for profit, I feel taken advantage of, passed over for opportunity, and not compensated fairly for my knowledge and proficiency in all that I do to help then stay profitable.
I love it.
Compliance Director in Knoxville:
Pros: It is about improving things and not getting others in trouble
Cons: Sometimes people get in trouble
Patient Access Representative in Knoxville:
Terrible management and low pay. They start new hires at $10/h, if someone has a college degree, they may give $0.30 extra. 1-2% yearly raises --but these adjustments are not guaranteed (not every year). People who have worked there for a decade or longer make about $12-13/h. No chance for advancement. Malfunctioning equipment. Terrible communication among departments. High turnover. Employees are not valued for their experience, education, and skills.
Not bad.

Cons: There have been some improvements between management and staff, but it needs to continue that course even more.
Just OK.

Ok.

Pros: I have a job

Cardiac Monitor Technician in Lebanon:
The boss likes to show favoritism and allows certain ones to refuse to certain jobs but when u refuse, you are told you need to see HR. They are people will no certification making only a few cents less than those with a certification.
