PAY IS BAD.sup is passive/aggressiv/evasive.PTO Isnt yours. Wrk then leave.
Sales Consultant in Newport News:
Pros: Nothing
Cons: The pay it’s 2021 going into 2022 & they think after a person being there one year that 25 cents is a FAVOR & they didn’t discuss it with you before they gave u the measly raise. READ THIS: the company is worth 6 BILLION & only give 25 cents raise means they’re value able & you’re NOT. Don’t work here
Great Place To Work.
Assistant Manager, Customer Service in Bristol:
Pros: Helping people and talking with customers
Cons: Trying to keep up with outdated quality policies. Things have changed people have change technology has evolved.
I want to Grow Financially with TPUSA.
Customer Service Trainer, Call Center in Panama City:
Pros: I find Joy in training new hires and helping my fellow agents. I have knowledge of how this company works and want to help others grow and prosper.
Cons: Pay and lack of recognition for working harder and doing more than the job title assigned. No discussions of performance reviews. I jumped in to teach 4 week training new hire classes virtually from home and taught myself to be a trainer in a whole new world working from home during a pandemic.
It was okay at first but the Amtrak contract needs a lot of work.
Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Stuart:
Pros: I loved selling travel on Amtrak but when COVID pandemic hit, work became very stressful and unappreciated.
Cons: I was laid off due to a miscommunication in a private, chat-room environment but they said it was because of COVID. Being on a contract gives very little job stability. I was in the second training class when the contract began and not many of us were left after a full year.
