While my direct supervisor is amazing, supportive of team, and a super person, the overall company has many issues. From sales, to marketing, to product development, to customer support, processes are inexact and changed frequently. Focus is on sales and not customer satisfaction or support. Sellsellsell even if the product is untested, know to have bugs, cannot be supported, and is something the customer doesn't even need.
