Technicolor Reviews

What is it like working at Technicolor?

Vice President (VP), Strategic Development in Los Angeles:
With a new CEO, Division President, Chief HRO, and management team the company is changing for the better. They are much more communicative and transparent. There is a focus on diversity, inclusion, and equity, as well as employee well being and development. My position is able to work remotely and my manager is very supportive, encouraging, and flexible. The culture is shifting to one of genuine concern for employees.
You will get to learn and at the mean time there will be loads of work where you get busy with the work load and forget what you have done earlier.
