Target Corporation Reviews
What is it like working at Target Corporation?
Visual Merchandising Manager in Knoxville:
Pros: The independence and creativity
Cons: Poor management
Awesome.
Warehouse Worker in Goose Creek:
Pros: Team work
Cons: Mandatory overtime
Cashier in Morgan Hill:
If you're not a favorite, your hours are cut to next to nothing. If you're not able to get redcards, you'll be slowly driven out. If you don't fit 'the look', then they don't want you. You have to be perfect in every way, and you can never say a single negative thing in front of store leadership.
TARGET Corp pros and cons.
Maintenance Technician in Piscataway:
Pros: good team of people to work with
Cons: Mandatory 10 hour days 4 days/wk management not as transparent as they should be.
Software Engineer in Minneapolis:
Pay could be much better for younger engineers. Also varies widely, not necessarily by merit. Management has been both great and meh, in my experience. Nothing catastrophic. Culture is pretty good. Very flexible and future-focused, with some remnants of the past on the way out. Plenty of exciting tech work if you're looking for it. Target leads in some areas over even the big tech companies, admitted by some big tech companies.
Obscene workload, nice people.
Retail Sales Associate in Rochester:
Pros: Making people's day with a good interaction
Cons: Workload meant for 4 people to be completed by 1 person
It's really nice marking item down some. Helpful for guests.
Price Marker in Richmond:
Pros: Like knowing what I will be marking down every day.
Cons: Not getting the hours that I need to help pay my bills.
