Target Corporation Reviews
What is it like working at Target Corporation?
Beauty Consultant in Bridgewater:
I like working there because most of the time I’m working by myself and am independent. Management could be a little better though and try to engage with us in doing things that involve communicating with each team member.
Rewarding at times but mostly exhausting and stressful.
Customer Service Team Leader in Haverhill:
Pros: Those I work directly with..and my customers
Cons: Support and understanding from Corporate. My pay and their lack of supplying adequate and additional hours to our payroll to allow for more employees to work more hours to assist in reducing workloads and stress.
Glad I’m leaving.
Sales Associate in Westbury:
Pros: For the most part my co workers because I’ve been trusting people a lot more and they got me out of my shell.
Cons: They basically treat you like your a robot and want you to work far to fast to get this done on time.
Sometimes stressfully but also enjoyable.
Customer Service Team Leader in Pembroke:
Pros: Pay
Cons: Your performance and opportunities are based on who likes you
It’s a great place to work.
Customer Service Specialist in Minneapolis:
Pros: That I am given the authority to help guests as I see fit
Cons: Everything is on the computer and I mean everything, if you aren’t sure about something better start researching
Job is great. People act like high schoolers with cliques. But I try to focus on my job.
Packer in Amsterdam:
Pros: The job. I love packing. It's fast paced, and time goes by rather quickly most days
Cons: Immature stupid people, who love to start drama
It sucks.
Cashier in Shakopee:
Pros: Meeting new people
Cons: Co workers
