TUTERA Reviews

What is it like working at TUTERA?

Rewarding and Educating.
Health Care Aide in Kansas City:
Pros: I get the experience of helping individuals with their mental and physical health
Cons: Lack of communication
Enjoyable but the environment is horrible.
MDS Coordinator in Montgomery:
Pros: It’s a new level of nursing for me
Cons: The unprofessionalism & buddy system
Challenging and rewarding.
Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in Nokomis:
Pros: Employees are offered more instinctives, shift preferences, contracts offer experienced CNA’s higher wages and bonuses upon signing.
Cons: Lack of staffing, proper new employee orientation and lack of providing or offering copies of contractual documents or advertised sign on bonuses. Pay days- Bi weekly. Would rather pay days be held Weekly or as preferred by general overall census of co workers and nursing staff/employees.
Challenging & Rewarding.
Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in Litchfield:
Pros: Shift availability, shift differentials, program instinctive, optional signing bonus, renewable contracts.
Cons: Working Understaffed and not being able to provide a better standard of care each shift due to needing more staff on each shift for the appropriate CNA to resident care ratio for facilities with higher a census and or overall standards for providing resident care when lacking the minimal amount of necessary staff.
